excluded offer or invitation "excluded offer or invitation" means the offer or invitation referred to in section 38 of the Securities Commission Act 1993; ACT 125 - COMPANIES ACT 1965 36A. Non-application of Divisions 1 and 4 to offers under the Securities Commission Act 1993.
